Survey Department held a thanksgiving ceremony in conjunction with the departments achievement and effort in the recent 11th KKC (QCC) national level convention organised by the Civil Service Institute (IPA). The SG noted that although the 3 teams received silver awards, they are still winners since they were the only representative for the Development ministry after topping the 3 places during the department's inter-departmental competition. I believe this is the 1st time when 3 teams from the same department went to represent 1 ministry.
The ceremony proceed with the handing over of participation certificates to each of the KKC members as well as the facilitators.
