Alhamdullilah... the 11th KKC convention is officially declared closed by the Minister of Development, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Hamzah Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Abdullah.
KKC is seen as a tool to increase & gives a competitive edge to departments especially in terms of increasing productivity & work performance; strengthen bonds & cooperation between colleagues & developing leadership & motivation in the workplace.
The minister highlighted the importance of understanding & awareness in the usage of KKc in problem solving within the ministries & departments as well as to generate a more conducive & productive working environment in providing an impressive & efficient civil service.
For this years KKC, none receive gold awards. 18 teams obtain silver awards whereas 3 teams were awarded bronze.... So for next years team.. cuba lagi ah...
