Organised by the Public Service Institute (IPA), the XI Excellent Work Group convention (KKC) or QCC National level is an annual project held at the institute itself. It was opened this morning by the IPA director, Yang Mulia Haji Junaidi bin Haji Omar. A total of 21 teams participate which comprise of 20 departments representing 9 ministries.The convention is divide into two sessions i.e. the closed & open session. The closed session was held from 8-23 last September. Meanwhile for the closed session, it runs for 3 days from today till the 5th November. Todays session sees a total of 10 teams presenting their projects.
