its almost the end of April & yes i do realized that i havent been updating this!!! Lots have happened bulan ani... Lappie ku kapisan & now udah baik, the 1 thing aku kan edit, i mean pictures during the kids holis dlm lapie sebuting, kapisan tia jua... Dini im counting on u man!!! Well... some wud say yg atu bukan nya alasan hahaha... Alasan paling kukuh is dat the season has started!!! i mean footie season for the upcoming Brunei league. Then come the Inter Ministry footie lagi.. Mcm pagi ptg malam ku mencium bau rumput!!! Guys who have ever involve in training session would understand betapa ngalih & sakit seluruh badan ini even after one session, ani kan aku yg 3 session in a day!!!! Am i getting old!! haha... Payah rasanya kan recover balik... If zaman dulu2, il usually end up at the swimming pool after each training session, ani mana kan ada masa lagi... so guys, esp CUmi hahaha... sabar ah.. kan migang kimira ku pun ku ngalih lol... Thanx

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) .she said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the rest of the evening
Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to identify the signs of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.

A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized, diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3 hours, which is tough.

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency numberimmediatelyand describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.
New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to 'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to one side or the other,that is also an indication of a stroke.

The charity football game which is the brainchild of HRH Prince Abdul Mateen managed to raise an impressive $6,081 (excluding donation boxes outside the stadium) for various charitable organisations.
All AM Gunners FC five goals came in the second half with Joe Berry scoring a hat-trick, HRH Prince Abdul Mateen and Ak Anaqi Sufi Pg Omar one goal a piece.

Its the 1st day of April. 4 bulan dah panya tahun ani.. nda kerasahan eh. Tapi yang ku kerasahan lappie ku ampus.... baik jua nda ku sampai menghumban dari level 3!!!! Masa ani kana admit ya... Semoga lekas sembuh dengan rawatan2 yg tertentu.. Payah ku kan mengusai gamba eh!!! baik jua ada lappie satu lagi... tapi nda kick!! boh jgn gtau... sorry girl hehehe. Eh thanx CUMI kerana bersusah payah mendapatkan a bigger size pic of my kids arah the reporter during the 60 hour at the Empire Hotel last week..
